* readln, u2d, d2u, u2f, and f2u are moved to testerutil.c 

* Common functions in tester2*.c now refers to testerutil.c
* Macros in tester.c are now guarded with do ... while(0)
* gotos in tester.c are removed
* testing code for sqrt_u35 were missing
