Fix errors reported by cppcheck in gencoef

Error: uninitialized variables
Fix: Only use mpfr_zinit when mpfr_t already initialized
Note: The use of mpfr_zinit is inconsistent anyway.
      Gencoef needs a big cleanup and possibly porting to CMake
