[Benchmarks] Update and unify scripts

This change fixes issues raised by shellcheck and also
tries to unify benchmarking on different resolutions.

The already existing benchmark specification is extracted
hoping that it will result in less maintenance cost. It is
still possible to execute benchmarks specific to certain
resolutions.
