Extend benchmark tool to support all matrix multiplication micro-kernels

* Refactor the benchmark tool to create a generic abstraction that
allows for running matrix multiplication micro-kernels with different
interfaces.

* Extend benchmark support to all matrix multiplication micro-kernels in
 the library.
