MLECO-6355: Fixing render issue in composable

Olawole Abayomi-Owodunni requested to merge feature/rendering-composables into main
  • New dependency "libs.androidx.ui.tooling" added to gradle build file to resolve rendering issues
  • All composables have preview to enable easier updates to UI components
  • BottomNavBar is not used so has been removed
