autobot: Update cmsis-5

Update cmsis-5 to e94a96201a97be3e84d3d6ef081d2f0f7db9b5fd.

Note:
CMSIS RTOS V2.2.0 has added a number of safety features such as not
giving unprivileged threads access to peripherals. Threads in the
examples need to print to the serial peripheral, so the privileged mode
is necessary.
