Upgrade ML kit and disable shallow copy

I'm changing the ML kit version to the version used in
 the keyword app as it is a proven working version.
Keyword example fails to build with the ML kit v21.08
(tested with Armclang 6.16 - errno symbols missing).
See sdk issue "Update ML kit to v21.08" for more details.

Disable shallow copy as it needs a full copy to access
this SHA due to git limitation.
