examples: Increase OTA CI timeout 



Increasing ota test time for keyword and speech examples
to 30 minutes as it seems that new changes added to the
branch are affecting the time taken to finish the test
and also due to CI running the tests in parallel the test
would roughly meet the previous time restriction(15 minutes).
