bsp: Replace AN547 with AN552 for Corstone 300

The following changes are made when the Corstone-300
target platform is selected
* CMakeLists files select AN552
* Update the platform name in the AWS configuration file

In addition, all AN547 bsp files are removed as they are
no longer in use.
