cmsis-rtos2-fri: Rename Blinky example to CMSIS-RTOS2 Blinky

To avoid confusion with the FRI Blinky example, the Blinky example in
CMSIS-RTOS2 FRI is renamed to CMSIS-RTOS2 Blinky.
