TF-A Tests: Pick up changes from TF-A code base

This patch pick up the following changes from TF-A:
- Fix for SCTLR bit definitions in 'include/lib/aarch64/arch.h`
- Introduction of 128-bit integer types int128_t and uint128_t
in 'include/lib/libc/aarch64/stdint.h_`
