platforms/rdfremont: instantiate example pcie hierarchy 



Instantiate example PCIe hierarchy file under pcie_group (IO Macro)
instance 1..3's to enable support for multiple IO Macros. Corresponding
software changes are required to enumerate the devices attached to
multiple IO Macros.
