platforms/rdfremontcfg1: add model shutdown string 



RD-Fremont-Cfg1 FVP is enabled with the support to monitor MCP uart for
shutdown message. Add the model parameter to enable shutdown, so that
the FVP will be terminated on receiving shutdown message on MCP uart.
