rdfremontcfg2: add model startup support for RD-Fremont-Cfg2 platform 



Add initial model startup support for RD-Fremont-Cfg2 platform. The
RD-Fremont-Cfg2 platform is the quad chip variant of the RD-Fremont
platform. Add support for uefi, busybox, buildroot tests.
