platforms/rdfremont*: tf-m per chip dm provisioning

Upstream tf-m has updated to use a different provisioning bundle per
chip for dm provisioning to allow VHUK routing table to be specified
(see `204a429ba RSE: Add RSE-to-RSE routing table`).

Therefore update model-scripts to use different dm provisioning bundle
per chip in the same way the cm provisioning bundle is handled.
