rdfremontcfg1/run_model.sh: enable tag length input for smcf sample id 



RD-Fremont-Cfg1 FVP is enabled with the Tag_Length support for SMCF
Sample ID. Add the model parameter to enable Tag Length, so that the
amu_smcf_drv module can use the TAG length for SMCF Sample ID.
