[TEMP] rdfremont*/run_model: preload RMM binary into DRAM

This patch pre loads RMM binary into designated DRAM.

In a platform where RMM image is present, TBBR is not supposed to be
used as COT. Enabling CCA in TF-A as COT is failing to authenticate RMM
image.

Once the RMM image authentication in TF-A will be functional, this patch
can be reverted.
