configs/rdfremontcfg1: Enable EINJ support 



Enable CSS_SGI_ERR_INJ_SUPPORT=1 in TF-A and EDK2_ERROR_INJ_EN in edk2
to enable platform error injection framework and EINJ ACPI table on
RD-FremontCfg1 platform.
