build-scripts/build-test-tf-a-tests.sh: Support for BTI and RME override 



TFTF build options "BRANCH_PROTECTION" and "ENABLE_REALM_PAYLOAD_TESTS"
are required to be enabled or disabled on different platforms. This
change adds support for overriding these options on a per platform
basis by adding `TFA_TESTS_BUILD_FLAGS`.
