config/rdfremont*: update LCP max binary size 



LCP ITCM size has been increased from 32kB to 64kB. Update the max
binary size of LCP in SCP_FW_LIST_BIN_MAX_SIZE to 64kB and
correspondingly update the binary offsets of tf_m_flash.bin.
