uniphier: fix CCI-500 connection for LD20

The slave ports of LD20 CCI-500 are connected as follows:

  S0: CA53
  S1: CA72

Be careful because the slave interface is not arranged in the
cluster number order (CA72: cluster 0, CA53: cluster 1).
