AmpereAltraPkg: Update Memory Type Information hob 



The hob was built but wasn't consumed yet. This change will let the DXE
Main shift the memory space consumed by DXE modules to the region
specified by the PcdSystemMemoryBase and PcdSystemMemorySize.
