Platform/Sgi: Fix incorrect Config ID for RD-V3

The RD-V3 Config ID was incorrectly set to 0x1, leading to missing
SMBIOS table due to a mismatch between the platform's actual
configuration and the maintained lookup table.
Resolve this by updating the Config ID to its correct value of 0x0.
