Platforms/RaspberryPi: Fix GOP parameter handling

Handle incorrect parameters passed to DisplayDxe GOP functions
QueryMode(), SetMode(), and Blt().

This fixes Blt_Conf and QueryMode_Conf failures
reported by SCT tests at:
https://github.com/pftf/RPi4/issues/73
