package/libselinux: enable kernel selinux support for erofs images 



If BR2_TARGET_ROOTFS_EROFS is selected, enable the following kernel options:
  - CONFIG_EROFS_FS_XATTR
  - CONFIG_EROFS_FS_SECURITY
