rdfremont: update manifests for RD-INFRA-2024.01.16 release

The manifests for three RD-Fremont platform variants are updated to for
the RD-INFRA-2024.01.16 release. Buildroot points to an upstream commit
hash as there are no more local patches. KVM unit tests and kvmtool
repos now point to the EAC5 release. The pinned manifests have been
updated correspondingly.
