mod_scmi_sensor: Add initial UT for fwk handlers 



This change adds unit testing for the following fwk handlers:

scmi_sensor_init
scmi_sensor_bind
scmi_sensor_start
scmi_sensor_process_bind_request
scmi_sensor_process_event
