fwk: update framework headers for consistency and documentation

- Removed the unused `driver` parameter from the `fwk_arch_init`.
- Added missing documentation for the `fwk_arch_interrupt_init`.
- Fixed incorrect file path for `fwk_test.h` in the input list.
