ewaol-config: Introduce ewaol-release kas config

The meta-ewaol-config/kas/ewaol-release.yml pins the external layers for the
EWAOL v0.1 release.

Rename other kas config files to keep consistency.

Also, update the documentation regarding the v0.1 release.
