tools: Add asset build scripts

* lisa-build-asset: python build driver dealing with all the generic settings
* tools/build/*.sh: shell build recipes, split into standardized functions:
   - download(): download the sources
   - build(): build the sources. $ARCH, $CONFIGURE_HOST and $CROSS_COMPILE are
     available.
   - install(): install the built binaries in lisa/assets/binaries
