lisa.tests.scheduler.misfit: Remove the custom windowing with IDLING_DELAY_S

Since `self.trace` windowing now starts at the beginning of the first phase,
explicit windowing to accomodate non-zero delay_s parameter of RTA tasks is not
needed anymore.
