lisa.trace: Prepare for breaking change in devlib 

* Factorize devlib collector wrapping in lisa.trace.CollectorBase
* Provide a deprecated get_trace() alias
* Provide a unified get_data() method that merges
  set_output()/get_data() to forbid representation of broken states.
