lisa.tests.base: Use key-specific types for DmesgTestConf

Use KeyDesc(newtype='PatternWhitelist') to create a type for the key, and use
that type to bind the key with
DmesgTestBundle.test_dmesg(pattern_whitelist=None) parameter.
