lisa.tests.base: RTATestBundle: Use rt-app phases start/end as trace window

Use the start of the first phase and the end of the last phase as trace window
rather than just the rt-app execution. This allows to crop out the initial setup
of rtapp task, which is not yet executing the phases, might end up on the wrong
CPU etc.
