lisa.trace: Treat DynamicTraceEventChecker as optional in FtraceCollector

FIX

We collect all the optional events we can, but do not turn
DynamicTraceEventChecker into an AndTraceEventChecker. Otherwise, all
the events it requires become mandatory, even if they turn out to never
be needed by the code.
