lisa._kmod: Check for CONFIG_CFI_CLANG in FtraceDynamicKmod

When CONFIG_CFI_CLANG is enabled without CONFIG_CFI_PERMISSIVE,
registering tracepoint probes can cause a kernel crash.

Check for this condition and raise an exception before it's too late.
