lisa.wlgen.rta: Fix ComposableMultiConcretePropertyBase._ATTRIBUTES type hint

FIX

Fix type hints in _ATTRIBUTES so that they are accurate, and then use
them to validate only as they cannot generally be used to convert a
value.
