cassini-ci: Fix Gitlab CI issue caused by YAML --- directive

Gitlab CI seems to not correctly interpret --- YAML directive and
ignoring all the contents after. This was causing build jobs not
triggered in CI. Temporarily remove the directive from image build yaml
file.
