arm-bsp/fvp-rd-kronos: Save RSS flash on FVP termination

Currently, when the FVP is terminated using Ctrl+c the runtime
saved RSS flash data is lost.

Set the required FVP configuration parameters to:
1- Enable saving the RSS flash data.
2- Enable the RSS NVM to store OTP and NV counters data.
