arm-bsp/fvp-rd-kronos: Set MMC file FVP configuration parameter 



Set the MMC file FVP configuration parameter to:
- Linux Distro ISO image in case of Debian or OpenSuse use cases.
- Else: Firmware Update Capsule,
        used to perform the Secure Firmware Update.
