doc: Use shutdown poweroff instead of shutdown halt

`shutdown ---halt now` was previously used instead of
`shutdown now` as a workaround because doing
a power off caused a system reset.

This is now fixed and `shutdown now` terminates the FVP
so correct the corresponding reproduce section.
