arm-bsp-extras/fvp-rd-aspen: Disable TESTIMAGE_AUTO

Set TESTIMAGE_AUTO to "0" to disable running the tests on fvp-rd-aspen
for now.

This will be re-enabled once the full bootflow is implemented.
