ci,oeqa: Increase unattended openSUSE timeouts and memory

Update unattended openSUSE oeqa test suite patch
applied by kas increasing timeouts failing on CI.

Override Kubernetes memory limits for the OpenSUSE
job that requires more memory than the other distros
installation.
