ci: Increase memory and storage requests for most of build configs

Some weekly jobs have the clang-native compile task failing that is
suspected to be related to lack of memory.

While there, also increase the storage since some jobs might require
more storage.

The memory request is increased to 32Gi and the storage to 50Gi.
