CI,doc,yocto/kas: Upgrade to Kas 4.3.2 



Update the version of Kas used on CI to 4.3.2

Update the recommended version of Kas in the documentation to
4.3.2

Kas 4.3.2 aligns with the version of Kas used by kronos-scarthgap.
