arm-bsp-extras/conf/rd-aspen: Add crypto plugin to FVP arguments

The crypto plugin is required by the Platform Fault Detection
Interface(PFDI) in order to run the cryptography related tests.

Add a meta-arm patch which creates a symbolic link for the crypto
library and add it to the FVP arguments so it gets loaded
automatically.
