doc: Describe the Zephyr Bridge application deployed on Cluster 0

Update the Network Topology paragraph to reflect the use of the bridge.

Introduce the application page for the Zephyr Bridge, as it is a Zephyr
application.

Add a validation paragraph for the bridge.
