doc: Update HIPC validation and PSA test suite documentation

This update enhances the HIPC validation section by incorporating
newly added shell commands for unbridging and IP configuration.
It also updates the PSA test suite details, noting that the PSA
Storage Test Suite now runs on Cluster 1 and the PSA Crypto Test
Suite runs on Cluster 2 using shell commands. Additionally, the
documentation reflects the updated test suite naming conventions
introduced in the Arm Automotive Solutions demo build, and the
release notes have been revised accordingly.
