doc: Get arm-auto-solutions version from RTD env vars

Use the RTD_ENV_ARM_AUTO_SOLUTIONS_VERSION backend variable
to get the arm-auto-solutions version, in its absence, few
other variable will be fetched, in case no variable is found
a default value will be used.
