arm-bsp-extras/rd-aspen: Only use virtio_block1 for distro installation 



Only set FVP_CONFIG[ros.virtio_block1.image_path] to
"${ARM_SYSTEMREADY_LINUX_DISTRO_ISO_IMAGE}" for distros installation.
This will prevent the following message for the other builds:

  ERROR: BlockDevice: Failed to open \
  ${ARM_SYSTEMREADY_LINUX_DISTRO_ISO_IMAGE}!
  WARNING: BlockDevice: Failed to open \
  ${ARM_SYSTEMREADY_LINUX_DISTRO_ISO_IMAGE} in RW mode, will try RO
